  • Revisions: Delivered within 3–7 business days after receiving client feedback.

  • Final Deliverables: Provided only after client approval and upon settlement of final payments (if any outstanding).

3. Mode of Delivery

We deliver all digital content through secure, accessible, and reliable channels such as:

  • Google Drive or other encrypted cloud storage platforms.

  • WeTransfer or other secure file transfer services.

  • Private download links hosted by Gooseberry AI Productions.

  • Email attachments (for smaller files).

Clients are encouraged to download and back up their files promptly after delivery.

4. Delays and Force Majeure

While we strive to deliver on time, certain factors may cause unavoidable delays, such as:

  • Extended client feedback cycles.

  • Technical challenges or system downtime.

  • Force majeure events such as internet outages, natural disasters, or other unforeseen disruptions.

In such cases, Gooseberry AI Productions will notify the client at the earliest and provide a revised delivery timeline.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, clients are expected to:

  • Provide timely feedback during the creative process.

  • Share required information, brand guidelines, and raw material (if applicable) within the agreed timeline.

  • Maintain active communication with our project team.

Delays from the client’s side may extend the overall project delivery date.

6. Ownership and Access

Final deliverables will be accessible to the client once payment obligations are fulfilled. Gooseberry AI Productions may retain copies of the project for record-keeping, internal use, or portfolio purposes (unless restricted by an NDA).
